Today, we honor Phi Psi brothers who have served in the military across generations. Veterans Day is a moment to reflect on their dedication, sacrifice, and the impact of their service on our brotherhood and communities.
Explore some of their stories in the latest issue of The Shield. And if you’ve served in the military, we encourage you to share your own story with us --> https://www.phikappapsi.com/blog/itm-summer-25/

I know I don’t post on this page much but in honor of Memorial Day I wanted to share my brother who gave his life in Iraq when he switched places with my best friend.
Today and everyday I remember a good friend gone way too soon. Tristan Smith. 4th Infantry Division
Smith switched places with my best friend that morning of Aug 27th 2006.
I’m not religious these days but this one Bible quote always stuck with me.
Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.
John 15:13

Had a great time skiing in Beaver, Utah Eagle Point Resort with my fraternity brother Brian Smith from IUP. If any brothers in the area ski or snowboard I’d love to go up to Lee Canyon one of these days.
