Human psychology is wired to avoid pain before it seeks pleasure. The more clearly you can communicate the problem you solve and the transformation you provide, the easier it becomes for the right people to say yes.

Jon shared that he would keep a picture of his ideal client on his monitor while writing. If the words didn't sound like he was talking directly to that person, he'd rewrite them.
