My dad dropped in to stay hi this morning!

Cockroaches, mosquitos, and moths are the ONLY bugs I absolutely cannot stand and before my dad passed away he told me in Japanese culture, your loved ones come back to visit in the form of a moth, and the larger the moth the closer they were to you.

I woke this morning to find this guy hanging out in my window by my bed, he was close to about 4.5” 🤮, so had to be him.

He landed on my daughters reading chart on the “read a poem” square.

I love how the divine swoops in to say hello and nudge us in even the smallest ways. I would have totally missed him if my husband and I weren’t just sitting and talking enjoying our Sunday morning. ❤️❤️

Queen nettle! In the middle of a 5 day fast, I decided to take a spiritual journey into the woods of Mt. Shasta. I came across nettle that stings your fingertips when you hold her, but brings a delicious and savory tea when boiled down.

Just a short reminder, life is a beautiful adventure! Enjoy the ups downs, sideways, and backwards stepping stones because where you are is exactly where you are meant to be. ❤️

Have you ever had that gut feeling that you are meant for so much more?

I know the feeling, I searched for the last decade to find the keys to finding fulfillment. You know what I finally found?

Me. I was searching for the next business, next course, next anything to make everything click into place… and go figure I was the missing piece all along.

Finding myself took layers of the understanding the conditioning, limiting beliefs, shame, and feeling unworthy to find that I am none of those things. And neither are you!!

Screaming at the top of my lungs, bo**ers and tears mixing into an unbearable paste on my face, and my body seizing as I sobbed and cried out uncontrollably. A stranger handed me my journal that had fallen down, totally covered in my unbearable paste (you know the bo**er and tear cocktail)🤢, but I didn’t have time to be embarrassed. I was claiming my new future and hissing at the possible future that would have become my reality if I didn’t make a rapid change. Right now.

You know, just a typical Tuesday night at a Tony Robbins seminar.

🔥A hunger came alive in me that night. I did not know what I was hungry for, but I knew I needed more. I needed to expand and grow exponentially and recreate my future. For my sake, for my husbands sake, and for my two beautiful daughters sake. S**t, and for humanities sake!

🧐Course after course finally led me to NLP and T.I.M.E. Which started releasing negative emotions and limiting decisions left and right. I started learning juicy topics like root causes and how to get my unconscious mind working towards what I DO want in life, rather then what I DON’T want.

I learned that language matters and about the mind body connection. I dove in about energy centers and how my fingers can turn into acupuncture on the go (needlelessly- yeah say that 3 times fast).

But most importantly, I learned how to replicate helping others have the same immediate release. 🪄Everything that you need is already within you. If you do decide you’d like a guide to attain those results even faster, then I’m your gal. I cannot DO any modalities TO you or ON you. But I can do them WITH you.

“Wanna know the most boring conversation in the history of boring conversations?” Startled, I opened my eyes to see a man on a bike stopped right in front of me pointing to a couple taking a stroll pushing along a baby carriage. After some banter, he mentioned it was a beautiful day and I was sitting on my phone. I remarked I wasn’t on my phone, I was sitting with my thoughts and thanked him for the interruption.

“Serendipity” he smiled and rode off into the sunset. Like, literally rode off into the setting sun with a gorgeous orange backdrop consuming his image as he biked off.

You see, today I was sitting in Lady Bird Lake contemplating all the actions, thoughts, and choices that ended up landing us living in Las Vegas. We had a fork in our future around this time last year that opened us up to living anywhere in the US and somehow we landed in Vegas.

Our main contenders were Austin, Sedona, or Vegas. Vegas made sense, Austin and Sedona are magical, but Vegas just made sense. Sitting in the grass (a luxury I never realized I would miss until Vegas became home) soaking up the sun and grounding in at Lady Bird Lake I was sitting with my thoughts and observing them float by, starting to should all over myself. A stillness began to consume me as I waited for source to reveal itself, and she came as a man on a bike.

The blend of chance being at that exact moment in this exact timeline literally takes me back in awe. So, today I feel the urge to encourage you wherever you are, whatever your facing, any “should haves” replaying in your mind- know that you are exactly where you should be in this exact moment in this exact timeline. Challenges and problems are always opportunities and expansion in disguise.
