Survey protections, during the sales process, generated a bond with the homeowner most sales reps long for. It brought an added layer of legitimacy and trust to the homeowner that extended beyond the relationship I had already created. It would be a strong value add to any sales process.

With all the possibilities and many variables that an installer can face during the installation process, worrying about sales compliance seems to be near the last thing I would imagine a business would want to deal with. In this line of work, I have learned protection on this can be quantified by looking at lost revenue that was afflicted by the sales rep or the homeowner’s misunderstanding. What can’t be valued is the amount saved in potential legal ramifications, financier disputes, or fulfilling promises that should have never been said to begin with.

From my understanding, Recheck is essentially creating a blacklist for sales reps. As a previous sales rep, I can personally attest to all, that sometimes homeowners in-fact do misunderstand things. I have seen them get so agitated that it was easier to take the loss than to fight. When surveys were implemented at my sales org (and some financiers), our referrals and retention were through the roof. I cannot recall one time after those were implemented, that we ran into a problem again.

This is good for sales, it is great for business, and it is phenomenal for homeowners. Please reach out to me or them if you’d like to meet. They will also be at SolarCon. I have seen it, I have learned about it from the owners, and I can absolutely get behind this. It is pretty impressive what they’ve built utilizing Ai. There nearest competitor is far behind when it comes to relevancy and capability.
