Happy Mother’s Day to the moms who kept showing up even when life got heavy.
Especially the divorced and single moms carrying responsibilities most people never fully see.
The late nights.
The financial pressure.
The emotional exhaustion.
The strength it takes to stay calm for your children while rebuilding yourself at the same time.
I see you.
And here’s what I want you to remember today:
The way you continue to love, protect, guide, and rise through adversity is shaping your children more than you know.
Sometimes the strongest thing a mother can do is create a healthier future after the storm.
Today is for you. Not just for surviving — but for continuing to lead with love through it all!

As school starts…
just take 5 minutes.
Not to label supplies or double-check your lists.
Not to plan lunches, carpools or activities.
BUT TO TALK!
Tell them it’s never okay to make fun of someone’s body, hair, skin, clothing or lunch.
Remind them that NOT every kid has new shoes, clean clothes, or someone waiting at home.
Let them know a quiet kid might be going through something big.
Likewise a mean kid might have something even bigger going on at home.
That school is for learning, not judging!
That teasing is NOT OKAY and definitely is NOT HARMLESS.
