Nature Speaks!
🌿Find your rhythm.
🌱Know when to stop and when to go.
🌿You know when to rest and when to grow. Even if you don’t know, you know. Right?
🌱Find YOUR flow.
The other day I was looking at this tree and all the branches at the base of the tree where just a couple feet tall.
Then today, as I sat, enjoying the outdoors, my awareness was brought to the tree and I noticed that a bunch of the branches had grew so tall over a two day period.
And then the tree “spoke” to me and I remember that just like this tree, I know what’s best for me. My body tells me when it needs rest and time to regroup and gather energy. And, it tells me when it’s time to take action, make things happen and grow.
I have to force nothing. 💯
🌪Negative emotions and beliefs that don’t fit with what ones focousing on creating, interrupt the natural flow.
💫When one is in rhythm with self, the growth is tremendous and the rest is refreshing.
