Fi d yourself with the thougbt that you're more powerful than whatever your weak thoughts are that is causing you doubt and unhappiness. Sit in comfortable lotus pose, healing & protection hand mudra- Recognize your power deep within. View yourself in a new way;) Akash Mudra. This will help to center your energy body, bring energy to where it needs strengthening and your divine connection (middle finger). The tumb is fire and the universal consciousness.
