Fern Adair Conservatory, home to generations of performers, closing after 43 years It’s a beautiful day in the neighborhood, as always. But there aren’t many always days left for the denizens of Miss Fern’s neighborhood, more formally known as Fern Adair Conservatory of the Arts.
