“I’m not motivated by money,” I said that, and it’s wrong.

It was a money block. Every time I said it, my heart hurt because I also love humanity.

I normally sell high-ticket services. I love the quick cash and ease of working with people who don’t stress about money.

But I’ve desired to work with people who don’t have high ticket money but desire support.

The difference between people who stress about spending $300/month and people who easily spend $3k/month is incredible.

When someone spends $3k+ per month they focus on results.

They don’t want long courses and more s**t. They want solutions as quickly as possible.

It’s about the FLOW of money.
It’s about what the investment can DO for them.

I had made the decision to share my story of being trafficked on the evening news, but my lifeline was a wreck.

Trauma causes your memory to become a jumbled mess. One story becomes another story, and that becomes another story.

The jumble of chaos, memories… isn’t the problem. In fact, there’s no problem at all.

Unless you’re struggling to feel heard, and understood. Or struggle to deeply connect with other people.

And I wouldn’t call it a problem… More like a hiccup in your giddyup.

The experience was deeply healing. Gut wrenching. But on the other side, I had clarity. Confidence. And so many amazing stories!

What I didn’t realize would happen, was the ability to deeply connect with other people because my feelings, stories, and lessons were organized.

What’s the point?
That’s the point. It’s frustrating as hell.

I spent 20 years searching for the point of life on this planet. Like… why the fck are we here?!?

Is there a reason to this madness?

Are we just supposed to pay bills and eat with tiny sprinkles of fun?

I read thousands of books, studied history…

Are we to find our purpose?
Maybe, solve a global problem?
Help other people?
What do we DO with the limited time we have on this big ass rock hurling through space?!?

Have you ever experienced a moment when information hit home and suddenly your eyes were opened?

Yep, me too!

My purpose wasn’t to stop trafficking or fight injustice. It’s not to be a mom. Or to teach people, be a coach, or run a business.

Purpose is a buzz word, finely crafted by hustle culture to cause you to feel insecure about your lack of YOUness.

My purpose is ME. Doing what bring me joy and pleasure everyday!

This isn’t a fairytale. I created this life.

It took really hard work and a different type of resilience that I’d never developed.

The ability to say, “No, I’m busy.”

While knowing damn well, I’m busy laying in bed.
I’m busy doing crafts.
I’m busy hanging out with my kids.
I’m busy taking a bath.
I’m busy reading a book.
I’m busy watching the sunrise.
My purpose is to BE.
When we BE and are rested, magic happens.

Unexplainable magic.

Standing in my closet, I wished for a new bra as just a passing thought.

Ten minutes later, my daughter brings me a bra. I bought the bra months ago, forgot and it’s been in her closet with the tags still on!

When the simulation makes sense, it’s easy to play the game.

I teach classes on hacking the simulation, three days a week, first week is only $7. The Soul Crew is the dopest community around. We are deep. We are real. We are growing. We are individuals, together.

You have a purpose. It’s you.
There is a point. It’s you.

I’ve struggled with social media because it represents a mask.

The most difficult part of my life is putting on a mask to share “value” on the internet.

I continue to declare that I only do things that bring me joy.

Masking does not bring me joy.

“Value” posts that make me sound like everyone else does not bring me joy.

Serving humanity brings me joy.

Helping others overcome obstacles and systemize their life so they can have joy, brings me joy.

Helping others take control of their spending, brings me joy.

Helping others write and publish books brings me joy, but finding peace to write is the first step, and the journey brings me joy.

Helping people eliminate the “black hole people” in their life, brings me joy.

Building a community of unmasked individuals, brings me joy.

It’s not ONE thing that keeps people from success. It’s thousands of little things that add up to chaos.

I also believe that you shouldn’t have to pay $100k+ to coaches who don’t understand the nuances. Everything matters if your goal is success.

When I feel like I’m over sharing, I’m simply unmasked. It feels vulnerable, yet encourages many.

I don’t fit into a niche because niches were created by neurotypical humans who don’t understand the neuroquirky brain.

I held my life together with systems to help me appear normal, yet I’ve never appeared normal.

I love that about me.

The unmasked neuroquirky brain functions differently. It’s beautiful. It’s complex. It solves difficult challenges. It’s hungry for more data.

When the neuroquirky brain is forced to function in a neurotypical world, we shut down or mask, BUT the world has changed.

We no longer have to mask to find success.

Embrace the awkwardness.
Find joy in the nuance.
Discover lots of hobbies.
Know yourself and how you help others.
You do not have to fit into a box.
Organize your boxes and let your crazy shine!
Find your community of unmasked individuals.
You are brilliant and beautiful.
You are different and thoughtful.
You are magnificent and gifted.
You are a LOT and it’s perfect!

Take the mask off, you are worthy.
You are not alone.

Stories have a framework but their are two layers.

First, the healing work is important. When you can see the other perspectives in your story there will be a fullness and gripping aspect. Equation: Sensational hook, snapshot, and lesson.

The second layer is the same as every other storytelling mentor/coach.
Hook, story, offer.
Headline, body, call to action.
It really doesn't matter what you name it... it's all the same.

Step one gives the inspirational value.

I always thought I needed to have my ducks in a row. At least, in the same pond. 🦆🦆🦆

Like there is a proper way to herd ducks. With all the responsibilities of adulting, I have to herd ducks too? 🤣

We are human and we talk. Which makes us infinitely more complex.

Humans hate rows, which are really lines.

When is the last time you jumped in a long line and said, “I love being in a row! Rows are the best!”

Humans know rows are a waste of time.

Next time you feel like you don’t have your ducks in a row, remember you are human and humans are not meant for rows.

It’s in the deep conversations that we find our answers and a new perspective for living.
