Mike's 20 years of dedicated service in the Navy are a testament to his character, and we honor him for his service. Mike is a remarkable individual who brings vibrancy and joy to our office.

July marks 5 years that Mike has been working for Las Vegas Institute of welding.

From our very humble beginning Mike has played a key role in creating a successful team and program.

We cannot express how grateful we are to have Mike working with us.

He brings a great sense of humor and a friendly atmosphere to the office everyday.

He has done an incredible job over the years helping students get started in their careers and making sure that they are 150% committed to learning the welding trade.

We love it when our students come back and say hello to us, Marco graduated in 2023. He started with no weld experience, got his first job as a welder’s helper at a shop where he worked his first year, he worked hard, learned the tools of the trade, terminology and how a shop runs. He has landed himself a position with the Local 525 and is kicking butt going into his second year with the Union. Congratulations on your hard work and dedication. You are living proof that hard work and determination pays off! As you move through your career, we are always here to support you, our door is always open. Keep up the good work!
