The UNLV School of Dental Medicine is honored to be selected as one of the inaugural service partners for Campus for Hope, Southern Nevada’s transformational initiative to address homelessness through integrated, wraparound care.

As Nevada’s only accredited dental school, we know that oral health is an essential part of overall health and well-being. Through this partnership, our faculty, residents, students, and staff will provide preventive, restorative, diagnostic, and emergency dental services to individuals and families as they work toward stability and independence.

We are grateful to Campus for Hope for the opportunity to be part of this transformational initiative and look forward to helping build healthier smiles and stronger communities across Southern Nevada. Thanks to Dr. Grahl, Val, Claudia, and Elaine for representing SDM at this groundbreaking event.

The S.A.G.E. Initiative (Self • Alignment • Growth • Expression) welcomed back Master Herbalist & Tea Blender Tarion Young for a lunchtime break of herbal tea blending, mocktails, mindfulness, and conversation.

More than 40 UNLV School of Dental Medicine faculty, staff, and students joined us for this optional lunchtime wellness event, learning simple ways to create moments of calm in the middle of a busy day.
