We work to support the younger generation growing into leadership roles as well as those that may have many years of wisdom and experience, but have suddenly found themselves unexpectedly in leadership roles. We adhere to respected Army values that our founder Major (Ret) Ross D. Bryant learned as a young soldier, NCO and later as an Officer. He strives to live by these values daily - Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless Service, Honor. Integrity, and Personal Courage.
