Ms. Schrudder will be our 8th grade administrator, and she officially begins at Gunderson next Tuesday, August 18th.

You can now pay for ELECTIVE FEES online through MySchoolBucks:

If you prefer to pay for your child’s fees in person, we will start in person payments next Tuesday, August 18th. Our banking hours are 6:45am to 2:15pm.

A special message from Desert Oasis HS to GMS Families:

Desert Oasis HS Football season is upon us and we would love to have future Diamondbacks come out and support the team to get a feel for what high school life will be like!

The following is the Varsity football home schedule for 2026:

8/14 vs Sierra Vista @ 6:00 PM
9/10 vs Liberty @ 6:00 PM
9/18 vs Coronado @ 6:00 PM (Homecoming)

All middle school students wishing to attend Desert Oasis football games must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Any middle school student attempting to enter the stadium without an adult will not be permitted entry.

Tickets will be available on the GO FAN website or mobile app only. Tickets are $6 for adults and $4 for students (plus service fees). Cash will not be accepted at the gate.

For safety reasons, backpacks will not be permitted in the stadium, so please ensure that students do not bring them. There will also be no entry to the stadium without a valid school ID badge.

A special shout out to our Gunderson parents for cooking up some hotdogs and hamburgers for our staff before Meet and Greet today. We love our Gunderson families! 

Our staff nailed the “Dress for the Wrong Occasion” day, and they had a blast in our game room!

We are ready to welcome our new and returning Grizzlies back to campus.

Here is a calendar of days for the 26-27 school year when you can schedule family trips during official school calendar breaks rather than extending holidays.
