Good afternoon, Alameda Families!

Tomorrow is our school-wide field trip to the Southern New Mexico State Fair! 🎡🐄

Here are a few important reminders to help us have a safe and successful day:

* K–5 students need to arrive at school on time so they can check in, receive their sack lunch, and get ready to board the buses.
* Please do not send students with their school backpacks. Remember, next week is Fall Break!
* Students may bring a small backpack for the field trip if they would like, but they will be responsible for keeping track of it throughout the day.
* Please make sure students dress appropriately for being outdoors. We recommend comfortable clothing and closed toe shoes are required.
* Parent chaperones must check in at the front office by 8:50 a.m.

We will provide updates through our Alameda social media platforms regarding when we leave for the fair and when we return to school.

Family members attending the field trip will need to purchase their own admission ticket to enter the fair.

Thank you for helping us prepare our Panthers for a fun, safe, and successful day at the fair!
