⛰ Camp for LCPS Elementary Students! ☀️

Get ready for 4 days of adventure, skill-building, and teamwork in the outdoors! This camp will take place at the La Cueva Group Site at Dripping Springs Natural Area. With the iconic Organ Mountains in the background, campers will learn essential outdoor skills such as archery and bike safety, discover fascinating local insects, and even create their own ceramic tic-tac-toe play set to take home.
October 5-8
Grades: 2nd- 5th grade
Time: 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM
Location: La Cueva Group Site at Dripping Springs Natural Area

Hello! Our Grandparent’s Day Celebration was a success. Our cafeteria was filled with students and their grandparents. It was truly a beautiful moment. Our second and third grade students sang beautifully, our cafeteria was decorated with student artwork, and the goodie table was full of wonderful treats. Thank you staff for organizing such a memorable event, and thank you parents and staff for your donations. Great memories were made today and you all made it happen. Thank you!

¡Hola! Nuestra celebración del Día de los Abuelos fue un éxito. La cafetería se llenó de alumnos y sus abuelos; fue realmente un momento hermoso. Los alumnos de segundo y tercer grado cantaron maravillosamente, la cafetería estaba decorada con los trabajos artísticos de los estudiantes y la mesa de refrigerios estaba llena. Gracias al personal por organizar un evento tan memorable, y gracias a los padres y al personal por sus donaciones. Hoy se crearon recuerdos maravillosos gracias a todos ustedes. ¡Gracias!

Hello!
We would like to thank Home Depot Store #523 in El Paso Texas. They provided 8 cans of paint that we will need for our October 16 Jog-A-Thon. And, they provided 4 umbrella shade stands for our outside classroom! Providing shade for our students in our patio has been a PTO goal and we are grateful for the donations. We would like to thank Ms. Loretta Barraza for going the extra mile and securing these donations. We really appreciate it!🙏

Queremos agradecer a la tienda Home Depot #523 de El Paso, Texas. Nos proporcionaron 8 latas de pintura que necesitaremos para nuestra carrera benéfica (*Jog-A-Thon*) del 16 de octubre. Además, ¡nos facilitaron 4 bases para sombrillas. Proporcionar sombra a los alumnos en el patio ha sido una de las metas de la asociación de padres y maestros (PTO), y estamos muy agradecidos por estas donaciones. Queremos dar las gracias a la Sra.
