We offer a state-sponsored course called Managing Police Traffic Services. This class is designed to assist those in mid-management, first-line supervision, and those looking towards the future with an understanding of grant management, developing patrol operations based on data relevant to concerns, including both traffic-related and crime-driven issues. Southwest Training Consultants is proud to offer the Handling a Crisis course on May 16th, 2025 in Albuquerque, NM. This block of instruction is the mandated curriculum that satisfies the NMLEA and State requirements for the biennium. It is a good class with a lot of information regarding handling a crisis, dealing with those with mental impairment, and de-escalation of those situations.
