Dear Centennial High School Baseball Family
After much thought and reflection, I have decided to step down as Head Baseball Coach at Centennial High School.
Since the day Centennial opened its doors in 2012, it has been an incredible honor and privilege to lead this program. What started as a brand-new school and baseball program grew into something truly special because of the hard work, dedication, and commitment of so many people.
I want to thank every player who wore the Centennial uniform over the years. Watching young men grow as athletes, students, teammates, and people has been the most rewarding part of this journey. The memories made on the field, in the dugout, on road trips, and throughout each season will stay with me forever.
I also want to thank the assistant coaches, school administrators, teachers, parents, boosters, alumni, and the entire Centennial community for your unwavering support throughout the years. Building this program from the very beginning has been one of the greatest experiences of my life.
Centennial Baseball has always been about more than wins and losses. It has been about pride, toughness, accountability, relationships, and representing our school and community the right way. I am proud of everything we accomplished together and even more proud of the people this program has helped shape.
While stepping away is not an easy decision, I know the program is positioned for continued success, and I will always be grateful to have been part of its history from day one.
Thank you for 14 unforgettable years.
Once a Hawk, always a Hawk.
