She Talks Money helps women build financial confidence through practical education, candid conversations, coaching, books & workshops.

We’re changing how women talk about money- without shame, judgement or all the confusing financial jargon. I am passionate about working with women in finance. With more than 10 years experience in the industry, I have witnessed firsthand the challenges women face when it comes to managing their money. That's why I've made it my mission to empower women to take control of their financial independence.

Today I had the opportunity to present The POWER of Financial Wellness for El Paso Electric, and this one felt especially meaningful- especially since this was my second visit back with them!

We talked about spending intentionally, building financial safety, eliminating debt, investing, and creating a financial life that actually supports the life you want to live.

But my favorite part was the conversation.

The questions were thoughtful, practical, and exactly why I love doing this work. Financial education should never make people feel intimidated or behind. It should help them leave saying, “Okay. I get it. I can do this.”

12 weeks came & went! Thank you to Bethany Village Las Cruces for inviting me to share financial knowledge & confidence with wonderful young women! We went over financial trauma & anxiety, learned about spending & saving, created pathways to slush funds & eventually investments, learned to talk to our kids about money and that life happens, so the best thing to do is to be prepared. And most importantly, that children aren’t a derailment but a blessing🩷. I learned from them too- that if we listen, we can always make a difference. I made 4 new friends thru this process and I hope each of them stay in touch, share with me their wins & keep as a resource for future questions. Cheers, mamas, you got this!

I am excited to announce that I will be partnering with Bethany Village Las Cruces to teach their new financial empowerment workshop series! I am seeking local businesses to donate small gift cards, gas cards, gift items, etc. to add to my weekly rewards program called Money Wins. Each week the participants will be tasked with small challenges such as tracking spending, opening various accounts or completing pages from their workbooks. I'd like to reward them for their work & devotion to the program through some mini raffle prizes. If you'd like to donate, please reach out to me via call or text at 575-644-2014. Workshops begin in June!

Bethany Village is an incredible housing program for local single mothers. It enables them to go to school, work or both while providing a safe and supportive living space for them & their children to thrive. Part of their curriculum is financial literacy so they are best equipped upon departure to live a fulfilled and financially free life!
