Jardin de los Niños is a non-profit organization with a Five-Star early childhood educational program certified by the FOCUS Program of New Mexico. We are designated as a Trauma-Informed Care Center by the New Mexico Association for Infant Mental Health. We provide early childhood education, therapeutic intervention, and comprehensive services to homeless and near-homeless children, from the ages of six weeks to 10 years, and their families.

Spirit Week at Jardin de los Niños!👮‍♀️🚔

Today was Police Officer Day, and our children had the wonderful opportunity to learn more about what police officers do to help keep our community safe. We are so grateful to the amazing officers who took the time to visit with us, share their experiences, and make this day so special for our children! 🚔

And a very special thankyou to Ranger, the amazing police service dog! 🐾 Our children loved meeting Ranger and learning about the important job he does alongside our officers. Thank you to all of our local law enforcement officers for your dedication, service, and commitment to our community. We appreciate you! 💙

Important Closure Announcement!

Jardin de los Niños will be closed on Friday, September 11th as our staff participates in Professional Development Trainings. We will resume our regular business hours on Monday, September 14th.These trainings are an important part of our commitment to continued learning, growth, and providing the highest quality of care and services to the children and families we serve. 💙

Spirit Week at Jardin de los Niños! 🔥🚒
This week, our children are celebrating Spirit Week in honor of Labor Day by exploring different careers and learning about the amazing people who help make our community stronger! ❤️
Today was Firefighter Day! 👩‍🚒 Our children had the special opportunity to meet local firefighters and learn more about what they do in our community. They got to see firsthand the important work firefighters do to protect, serve, and keep our community safe. 🧯
We are so grateful to the firefighters who took the time to visit with our children, answer their questions, and give them an exciting glimpse into the world of firefighting! At Jardin, we believe that learning about careers starts with creating meaningful experiences that inspire children to dream big! 🌟

Your accomplishments represent so much more than a degree, they are a reflection of your perseverance, commitment, passion, and belief in the work you do.
