Today we celebrated our super students of the month with one super student from each class!

Throughout the month of August, these students stood out by consistently, making super safe choices and setting a great example for others! Their teachers recognize them for showing what it means to be safe at Desert Bloom. Congratulations to all of our August Super Students! We are so proud of you!!!

Up next…. kindness! Throughout September, we will be focusing on what it means to be kind (using friendly words, including others, helping friends, sharing, and cheering each other on).

Families, we’d love your help reinforcing this Coyotito Core Value at home. Talk to your kiddo about what kindness looks like, sounds like and feels like- and challenge them to find ways to spread a little extra kindness each day!!

Safe + Kind + Responsible = Super! 🐾

Dear Desert Bloom Families,

We are excited to celebrate our school’s official Renaming Ceremony tomorrow, August 26th at 9:00 a.m.

Families are welcome to attend. Please review the following important information:

All visitors must park off campus, as the front parking lot will be used for the ceremony.
Parents and visitors will stand in the front parking lot to view the ceremony.
Students will stand with their teachers in their designated areas along the parent drop-off lane.
Due to limited space and to minimize distractions, parents will not be permitted to stand with their children or their child’s class during the ceremony.
The ceremony is expected to last approximately 30 minutes.

Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and organized event. We look forward to celebrating this special moment in Desert Bloom Elementary’s history with our students, families, staff, and community!
