High Desert Women's Center High Desert Women’s Center in Las Cruces exists to help you with your pregnancy. FREE and Confidential services 50% of pregnancies are unplanned.

No women deserves to feel alone. If you need help and we are here to offer it. Turning Point is a pregnancy help center. All of our services are free and confidential. Pregnancy tests, STD tests, first trimester ultrasounds, options education, post abortion recovery, and a parent education program. We want to be there for you! We are a non profit 501c3 organization. You can look to us as a great source if you are wanting to make a tax deductible donation.
