Which one are you? Be honest. ๐
๐ฆ The Lion โ You want the bottom line. Skip the small talk; just tell me what needs to happen and get out of the way.
๐ฆ The Parrot โ You light up the room. Ideas flying everywhere, energy for days, and you've never met a stranger.
๐ The Golden Retriever โ You're the glue. Patient, loyal, and the first person everyone comes to when things get tense.
๐ฆ The Owl โ You need the data. Don't rush you, don't wing it, and for the love of all things holy, don't change the plan last minute.
Here's the thing: every single one of these styles is on your team right now. And most of the friction you feel isn't a people problem. It's a wiring problem.
When your Lion is running over your Retriever in meetings, and your Owl is frustrated that your Parrot won't stop riffing, that's not conflict. That's four people who don't have language for how they're different.
DISC gives them that language. I've seen teams go from "she's impossible" to "oh, she's a high C, give her the data first" in one session.
But it starts with you. Your growth plan. Your self-awareness.
I'm hosting a free Growth Hour next Tuesday, October 6 at 1 PM ET.
One hour, small group, all 15 of Maxwell's Laws of Growth.
No cost. No pitch. Just one honest hour.
Drop your animal in the comments and comment GROW if you want the link. ๐ฑ
