We always enjoy partnering with the Las Animas High School Food Science class! Last week we taught the students how to preserve jams and jellies safely. Students canned strawberry jam, peach jam, blueberry jam, grape jelly, and apple jelly. This week students entered their jars into the 2026 Bent County Harvest Show for judging. Congratulations to the winners!
