Life Reboot

Life Reboot Welcome, you can find motivation here. Life coaching is always open, simple send a message. Hey there! I am Marisa. Life has taught me a lot in the last decade.

I felt a calling to help people and finally took the chance and went back to school. I recently got my CPC (Certified Professional Coaching) certificate. I specialize in financial, health, and relationship (single, married, divorced) coaching. I do video coaching via facetime or through certain downloadable apps. I offer a free 30-minute assessment coaching call to see if we fit well together as c

oach and client. If you are interested, please send an email to the listed email on this page. Thank you. I look forward to helping you in any way that I can. If you are wondering why the name Life Reboot for a life coaching company, it is because my whole life had a reboot happen about 3 years ago. I was not sure that life had a reboot button, but soon found out that your life can not only have a reboot, but it can also become better than you thought it could be. Life sometimes gets confusing or something major happens and we just feel stuck. We may think, I have to start all over again, when really, we don't. We just need a little "rebooting."

Not everyone will celebrate your light.

Some people are uncomfortable with it because it reminds them of what they’re not allowing themselves to be.

That’s not your cue to shine less.

Shine anyway. 💖

Shine brighter. 💫

The right people won’t be blinded by your light—they’ll be inspired by it. ✨

Sometimes a restart is everything.

It’s the fresh beginning you needed.
The reset that brings your focus back.
The decision to try again instead of giving up.

Restart as many times as you need to.

What matters isn’t how many times you fall off track—it’s how many times you’re willing to begin again.

Keep restarting. Keep moving forward. That’s where growth lives.

Sometimes we get so focused on how far we still have to go that we forget to look back and see how far we’ve already come.

Growth doesn’t always happen in giant leaps. Sometimes it’s found in the small steps, the quiet victories, and the moments when you choose to keep going despite the obstacles in front of you.

Take a moment today to reflect on the person you used to be and the person you are becoming. You may be surprised by the strength you’ve gained, the lessons you’ve learned, and the challenges you’ve already overcome.

Whether your progress feels small or significant, it is still progress. It is still growth. And it is still worth celebrating.

So give yourself some credit. Be proud of the distance you’ve traveled, no matter how short or long the journey has been.

Then keep going. 💖
You’re farther along than you think. 🌱

Sometimes the very thing you’re afraid to do is the thing that will change your life.

We cling to what is familiar because it feels safe, even when it’s no longer serving us. We hold on to people, places, habits, and situations long after they’ve taught us what they came to teach.

But growth requires courage.

The courage to release what isn’t meant for you.
The courage to trust yourself.
The courage to step into the unknown before you can see how it all works out.

Yes, it’s scary.

But so is spending your life wondering, what if?

One day you’ll look back and realize that the moment you were most afraid was the moment everything began to change.
Take the chance.
Open the door.
Your future may be waiting on the other side.

May this be your morning daily. 🫶🏼

Remember it all starts with you and your thoughts. You have the power to navigate your thoughts and go form negative thinking to positive.

You got this. ✨

“Time heals everything.”

That can be such a difficult sentence to hear when you’re hurting—especially when time has passed and somehow it still feels raw, heartbreaking, maddening, or unbearably sad.

The truth is, healing doesn’t always mean the pain disappears.

Sometimes healing means learning how to carry what happened without allowing it to consume you. It means having fewer days where the grief knocks the wind out of you. It means realizing that when those feelings suddenly roll in like an unexpected storm, you know they will eventually pass.

You may always miss that person. You may always have a tender place where your heart was broken. Certain songs, dates, places, or memories may bring you right back there for a moment.

But over time, something changes.

Maybe time itself doesn’t do all the healing. Maybe time simply gives us the space to heal, adapt, grow, and become more comfortable with what once felt impossible to live with.

And eventually, you realize the pain didn’t necessarily disappear…

you just learned that you could survive it.

I don’t know about you, but I’ve definitely started something, seen how much it changed my life, and immediately thought, “Why didn’t I do this sooner?”

But here’s the thing—we can’t go back and give ourselves an earlier start. We can only decide what we do with today.

Maybe there’s something you’ve been wanting to learn. A goal you keep putting off. A change you know you need to make. A dream you keep telling yourself you’ll chase “one day.”

Make today one day.

A year from now, you can either wish you had started today—or be grateful that you did.

You may wish you started sooner, but you’ll never be younger than you are right now.

So start.
Start messy.
Start scared.
Start small.
Just don’t let wishing you had started sooner become wishing you had started at all.

Your past can explain you without defining you.

It’s easy to say, “I’m this way because of what happened to me.” Because sometimes, that’s true. The way you were treated as a child, the things you experienced growing up, the relationships that hurt you—they can absolutely shape who you become.

But at some point, you get a choice.

You don’t have to keep carrying a bag of rocks just because someone else handed it to you. You can put it down. You can decide that what happened to you may be part of your story, but it doesn’t get to write the rest of it.

There is power in reaching a point where you say, “I understand why I became this way, but I don’t want to stay this way.”

Healing doesn’t erase the past. It simply stops giving the past control over your future.

So the question becomes:
Will you spend your life saying, “This is who I am because of what happened to me”—or will you decide, “What happened to me shaped me, but who I become from here is up to me”?

You can’t choose what was done to you.
But you can choose what you do with it.

Endings are rarely easy. Whether it’s something beautiful coming to a close or something painful finally ending, they can leave us feeling lost, relieved, heartbroken, or all three at once.

But here’s the beautiful part—we often forget that every ending is also the beginning of something new.

A beginning to heal.
A beginning to grow.
A beginning to rediscover yourself.
A beginning to create a life that feels lighter, stronger, and more authentic than before.

We tend to focus so much on what we’re losing that we fail to see what we’re being given.

So if you’re walking through what feels like an ending today, remember this:

Sometimes life has to close one chapter before it can introduce you to the one you were always meant to write next.

Don’t fear the ending. It may just be the beginning you’ve been waiting for.

It may feel foolish to believe in love after you’ve been hurt. It may seem easier to build walls, become cold, and convince yourself that love doesn’t exist.

But if, deep down, you still believe in a great love, pretending you don’t will only harden your heart—not heal it.

The difference this time is knowing that you don’t just believe in a great love… you believe you deserve one.

And when you truly believe you deserve a healthy, whole, and mutual love, your standards change. The first red flag no longer becomes something to explain away. It becomes something to pay attention to.

We are so quick to excuse unhealthy behavior.
“They’re just having a bad day.”
“They’re under a lot of stress.”
“It’ll get better.”

Sometimes those things are true. But sometimes they’re the first glimpse of a pattern—not just their pattern, but yours. A pattern of making excuses for behavior that slowly teaches you to accept less than you deserve.

Never stop believing in love. Just stop believing you have to settle for one that costs you your peace.

Seek a love that is healthy.
Whole.
Consistent.
One that chooses you as fully as you choose it. Because the right love won’t ask you to ignore your intuition in order to keep it.
