This morning, Pawnee County 4-H members and families had the privilege of joining the Pawnee County Commissioners as they proclaimed National 4-H Week and recognized the positive impact 4-H has on youth in our community. 🍀

4-H members Emma McNett and Grayson Maxwell did an outstanding job sharing their 4-H journeys and reflecting on how they have grown through their experiences, from young members to the leaders they are becoming today.

We were also grateful to have Dean, Oakley, Camille, Addison, and Kole there representing Pawnee County 4-H. It was special to see different ages and stages of the 4-H journey represented together.

Thank you to the Pawnee County Commissioners for recognizing the value of 4-H and continuing to support and invest in the youth of Pawnee County.

Happy National 4-H Week! 💚

Pawnee County 4-H kicked off National 4-H Week on Sunday with Officer Training!

4-H members spent the afternoon developing leadership skills that will help them serve their clubs in their officer roles throughout the coming year. For many of our members, this will be their first time holding a club office, and we are excited to watch them learn, grow, and gain confidence along the way.

A special thank you to the community leaders who gave their time to help lead our officer training sessions and share their knowledge with our youth. We appreciate your investment in helping develop the next generation of leaders in Pawnee County!

Following Officer Training, clubs headed into the community to decorate windows in celebration of National 4-H Week. Be on the lookout for some 4-H green around Pawnee County this week! 💚🍀
