Healy School of Irish Dance

The Healy Irish Dance Studio is the longest, consecutive running dance school in the world. William J. His son, Williiam P.

Healy emigrated from Ireland to San Francisco in the 1850s and began teaching Irish dance to his family and friends. Healy, established the Healy School of Irish Dance, which was then passed on to his daughter, the famous Ann school is now operated by Ann's daughter, PattiAnn and her daughter, Alisa. They are the San Francisco Giants representatives for now 15 years and continue to influence generations of young children and adults.
