Me & U Abilities Academy My name is Tina Tallman and I have been a Physical Therapist Assistant in the Tampa Bay Community since 1997.

Me & U Abilities Academy is a Physical Therapy Clinic that specializes in guiding our clients to a healthier and stronger life through Physical Therapy services as well as a new, unique MIND, MUSCLE, AND MOTION Program created by our Physical Therapy Team I have worked in a variety of settings during my therapy career however my passion is for our Friends in the Community who have Special Needs. I

created a Program in 2015 to address the physical therapy and fitness needs within this community which is often overlooked as they become adults. I have realized that when working within this SPECIAL population we need to address their MINDS, their MUSCLES and MOTION of their bodies to achieve the highest level of function in their every day lives. My dream was to open my own therapy clinic one day by creating something SPECIAL for all of my Me & U Friends in our community. I am proud to be able to open my own therapy clinic with my team mate Coach Anne. Me & U Abilities Academy was created during a tough year of transitioning for my program as we experienced a lockdown and no live connections. We connected on zoom daily with morning coffee and getting to know each other in a different capacity, adaptive workouts and evening games, dances, and much laughter. As I continue my work, I will strive everyday to make as much of an impact on this SPECIAL community and help them to be the best version of themselves!

🚨 BREAKING NEWS! The Motion Mavens- One Suspect Caught... One Still on the Run! 🚨

The authorities finally caught Tina... but her partner in crime, Anne, managed to escape! 🏃‍♀️💨

Now I'm the one sitting behind bars on July 17th in a pop-up jail—all for an incredible cause!

My "crime?" STEALING HEARTS AND BREAKING DOWN BARRIERS THROUGH MOVEMENT, INCLUSION, AND GRATITUDE! ❤️

I'm proud to be "doing a little time" to support .org an amazing nonprofit that provides wheelchairs, home and vehicle modifications, and other essential medical equipment to children with physical disabilities whose needs have been denied by insurance or Medicaid.

Now I need your help to make bail!

🎯 My bail has been set at $3,000, and every dollar raised goes directly toward helping children gain the mobility, independence, and freedom they deserve.
