🍽️First grade opened a French cafe and had a book sampling this week! The boys and girls “sampled” different genres of books while listening to French music! 🥖🍟After the sampling, they drew a picture of their favorite book that they would like to read! After, we had fancy cafe cookies and drank pink lemonade with our pinkies in the air. 🍋Then, off we went for our first book checkout with Mr. Watson. What a great way to introduce a variety of reading! 📚So cool to see different grade levels doing similar activities in different ways!

✨ Wendy’s will donate 20% of every Spirit Night purchase back to Anona! All proceeds will help support campus improvements and student events.

Our 5th graders are rocking their first science unit! They learned all about the scientific method by testing how many drops of water a penny can hold!

👏🏼Let’s give it up for our kindergarteners at Anona!! Along with learning how to be a good friend and go to school, they are also learning lots of new math concepts like sorting and shape people! Learning can be fun 😎🍎

Be on the look out for the LEGO club flyer going home soon! This club fills up quickly so if you know your child loves legos, make sure to sign them up ASAP! 👷👷‍♀️
