Mark your calendars for Professional Development Day (SUPD) Tampa on Friday, February 12, 2027!

We are excited to host the Tampa Bay location of one of the largest gatherings of Christian educators in the world—a day dedicated to equipping, encouraging, and connecting those who serve in Christian education.

Designed for Pre-K–12 faculty and staff, SUPD provides meaningful opportunities for both professional growth and spiritual renewal, with CEUs available for attendees.

This year’s Tampa conference will feature a live keynote from John Stonestreet, President of and host of the Breakpoint podcast, bringing timely insights for educators seeking to impact the next generation through a Biblical worldview.

Our 5th graders recently experienced Enterprise Village with the IRCS difference — including mock interviews, resume building, professional dress seminars, and more. These hands-on experiences are helping students grow in confidence, responsibility, and leadership as they begin thinking about the world ahead.

At IRCS, we prepare students to pursue the call of God in their lives in any industry or ministry with sound minds, servants’ hearts, and skilled hands.

Ben consistently goes above and beyond for his students, investing in them academically, spiritually, and personally. His hard work both inside and outside the classroom reflects his passion for Christian education and his commitment to helping students grow into who God has called them to be. is a rigorous journey of Christian worldview formation that equips believers to faithfully live under the Lordship of Christ in every area of life. Through deep study, biblical truth, and intentional community, participants are challenged not only to understand a Christian worldview but to fully live it out for the glory of God and the good of others.

We are thankful for staff members who continue pursuing wisdom, truth, and spiritual growth as they invest daily into the lives of our students and school community.
