Excited to share that I have successfully completed Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA) Certification through the National Council for Mental Wellbeing!
This training equips me to recognize, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges in youth, while connecting young people and families with appropriate support and resources.
As the Founder of the I Am Enough Movement, I am committed to helping children and teens build confidence, resilience, emotional wellness, and positive self-worth. This certification strengthens my ability to support students both academically and emotionally while promoting trauma-informed and youth-centered practices.
Every child deserves to feel seen, heard, valued, and supported.
The work continues. 💜
I Am Enough Movement
Your voice matters. Your future matters.”
Empowering children, teens, families, and communities through confidence-building books, workshops, student support, and social-emotional learning.
“You are enough.
I was this years old when my true “aha” moment arrived.
I realized I’ve been helping children build confidence all along — through encouragement, listening, redirecting, supporting, believing in them, and simply being present.
What once felt like “just helping” was actually purpose being developed over time.
Now I understand more clearly:
the time is now to help more children, families, and communities on a greater scale.
The I Am Enough Movement was born from real moments, real children, real conversations, and real needs.
Every child deserves to know:
“You are enough. Your voice matters. Your future matters.”
Welcome to the official I Am Enough Movement page.
Our mission is to empower children, teens, families, and communities through confidence-building books, encouragement, workshops, and social-emotional support.
Every child deserves to know:
“I Am Enough.”
Ages 10–14 pilot workshops coming soon.
