✨ A Day to Create a new Freedom Friends Home 🌿📖

Can’t wait to watch our little homeschoolers thrive in this intentional space designed for wonder, movement, and deep learning!

Mornings begin with humanities through stories in a circle time on log-slice seats. We add in singing, calendar work, and nature discussions under the glow of our sunburst rug.

They’ll curl up in cozy spots with books from our well-stocked nature library, or gather around the maps to explore continents, states, and ecosystems together.

Hands-on play flows naturally: stocking the pretend market with the mini shopping cart, creating in the dramatic play kitchen, or dressing up for imaginative storytelling.

Science comes alive through nature where we can learn about mushrooms, trees, and butterflies - posters chosen to spark curiosity and lead into nature journal time or simple experiments.

This isn’t just a room for us - it’s where our children’s love for learning grows wild and free through play, connection, and discovery.

Pure homeschool joy ahead! 🍄🦋🌍

What’s happening each day:
• Day 1: Slime science, messy cloud slime, and tons of outdoor play!
• Day 2: Paint, create, and tie-dye — a full day celebrating artistic sensations!
• Day 3: Edible sensory sand, water play, and creative taste adventures!
This camp is perfect for kids who love to explore, get messy, and discover through their senses. Expect big smiles, creative messes, and memories that will last all summer long!

🧑‍🍳 Fun Camp Alert 🚨

Parents, if you’ve been in a daily rotation of “what are we eating?” and “no, that does not count as a vegetable,” this is your sign.

This July, your kid can level up their kitchen confidence at our Cooking + Healthy Eating Camp aka the place where snacks become skills and “I don’t like that” turns into “wait… I made this?”

We’re talking hands-on cooking, real whole food ingredients, and low-key life skills disguised as fun.

Think: chopping, mixing, tasting, experimenting, and learning how food actually fuels their body without the lecture-y vibe.

No pressure. No perfection. Just kids building confidence, trying new things, and leaving camp with recipes they’ll actually want to remake at home (and yes, probably brag about).

I’d love to have them this camp and all of our other July camps!
