June is Men’s Health Month, a reminder that health includes both physical and mental well-being.
While conversations about fitness, preventive care, and heart health are important, mental health deserves equal attention. Too often, men face pressure to stay silent about their struggles, making it important to foster open conversations and encourage support when it's needed.
Visit NAMI.org/mensmentalhealth to learn how you or someone you know can recognize the signs, find support, and take the first steps toward mental wellness.

Pride Month is a reminder that small acts of support can make a lasting difference.
Whether it's listening with empathy, speaking up against bullying, fostering inclusive spaces, or simply showing kindness and respect, allyship matters. LGBTQ+ students, colleagues, friends, and community members thrive when they know they are seen, valued, and supported.
This Pride Month, don't be afraid to show your support. Together, we can help create welcoming environments where everyone feels safe to learn, grow, and be themselves.
