Ms. Xochitl Kladis had the privilege of presenting alongside her intern, Marla Muñoz, to students in the Bridge Program, Early College Program, and BLISIA students at Lyndon B. Johnson High School. Together, they shared practical self-care strategies and coping skills to help teens manage anxiety, stress, and life’s challenges while promoting resilience, emotional wellness, and personal growth.
Thank you to the students and staff for your engagement and participation. Investing in mental health education today helps build stronger, healthier communities tomorrow. 💚✨
