We’re excited to share that Literacy Volunteers of Laredo just dropped off a fresh stack of books at the Boys and Girls Club of Laredo!

Nothing makes us happier than putting some stories and learning opportunities into the hands of young readers.

Literacy Volunteers of Laredo is welcoming new Tutors to help adults gain English skills and open new opportunities. Training is provided, and you'll join a supportive group of volunteers making a real impact.

We’re getting our laptops ready for a special 3-week class on google docs for students who successfully completed our foundational computer course with the amazing Mr. Jerry Sifuentes — one of our original volunteers and a true L.V.L. legend. 🖥️💪

Mr. Sifuentes has helped so many in our community build digital confidence, and now, these advanced learners are taking the next step!
