🥑 West Pak Avocado, Inc. will build an $18 million facility creating 140+ new full-time jobs in Laredo as part of economic incentive performance agreement inked with the City. The deal was approved by Council Monday night. Welcome to Laredo!

West Pak’s 100K SF temperature-controlled distribution center is the fifth major cold storage/produce facility announced in the last 18 months for Port Laredo, the nation’s fourth busiest port overall. Port Laredo has imported from MX about $1 billion in avocados each of the last 2 years & $4 billion in produce each year.
