Today marked Day 1 of our Summer Strength & Conditioning Camp!

We had an incredible turnout with over 230 athletes packed into the weight room and out on the field, ready to work.

It’s inspiring to see that kind of dedication—not just from our athletes who give it their all, but from our incredible coaching staff who are right out there sweating alongside them, giving up their own summer vacations to make sure this program stays on top.

Great cultures are built when everyone—players and coaches alike—refuse to get outworked!

The South Speed & Strength Camp is back and ready to help you dominate next season! Whether you're trying to out-sprint the competition, build explosive power, or stay in peak condition, this is where it happens.

Dates: June 8th – June 30th (Monday through Thursday) from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM at USHS Main Campus.

This camp is open to all incoming 7th through 12th graders in ALL sports!

Cost: $50 per camper (FREE T-shirt is included)

SOUTH WINS!!

The Black vs. Silver game was an absolute battle, with both teams competing at a high standard from the first whistle to the last. We saw a ton of promise across the board, and it’s clear that the future is bright for this program.

We feel great about the talent we have and what we’re capable of achieving together. Now, we take the lessons from this game and use them to build ourselves into a stronger, more united force. We win as one!
