🏆🏅🥇 A whirlwind of a season for our Phantoms! 🏈🏀⚽

🏆All year we've posted and given shout outs to our Phantom Athletics department. Tonight, we celebrated a year of hardwork, dedication, grit, growth, and determination! Our Phantoms had over ten teams ranging from basketball and football to our first ever soccer team. We didn't just play, we dominated.🏆

⚽From our Baby Phantoms to our Lady Phantoms, each and every single grade level had a team to celebrate tonight!🏀

🏈We are grateful for our seven coaches for their dedication to our Phantoms. We are so thankful to our parents for their support. We acknowledge and thank our Phantom Family for their support all year! We had one strong year of athletics!🎉

🏅 Finley Elementary School has been named a 2025–2026 Imagine Nation School of Excellence, one of the highest honors awarded by Imagine Learning for outstanding implementation and student support!🏅

✨ Out of more than 42,000 eligible schools and districts nationwide, only 293 were recognized as Schools of Excellence or Districts of Distinction.✨

🎉 A huge congratulations to our Pre-Kinder teachers, Mrs. Maldonado, Ms. Gonzalez, Mrs. Scott, and Mrs. Varela, whose hard work in implementing Imagine Español helped earn this outstanding recognition.🎉

🚨 We've got some supa readers in the building! 🚨

💥 These action paced readers met every single six weeks goal this school year! They were some word crushing super heroes! 💥

📚 51 one page turners were celebrated today with some delicious Happy Meals, a bag full of tons of movie theatre style goodies, and a movie ripped from the pages! 📚

🏀 Unde the guidance and dedication of Coach Chapa, our Phantoms showed dedication and tenacity all season long and brought home some great hardware. Well go ahead and add this prestigious certificate to our case! 🏀

Congratulations to our very own 5th grader Osvaldo Constantino for representing Finley at our District's GT Showcase and making us all so proud! 👏🎉 His talent and presentation were incredible, and he did an outstanding job showcasing his project.
