What does the next generation of career design look like?
Highlands Certified Consultant Ray Giese, CCSP®, MS, has been thinking deeply about that question—and building toward an answer.

As founder of The Career Prism Network℠ and developer of The Career Prism Method℠, Ray is responding to a world of work being reshaped by artificial intelligence, emerging forms of work, and increasingly fluid career paths. He co-developed the method with Highlands consultants Stephanie Jalove and Jim Higgins, together with consultant Shamoon Ebrahimi.

First introduced by psychologists Edward Deci and Richard Ryan, it reframes motivation as something that is shaped by conditions—specifically, our ability to direct our own choices, feel capable in what we do, and experience a sense of connection and belonging.
