Lunch and Learn is tomorrow. Ms. Emily Study from Veterans Affairs will be visiting to answer questions and talk about veterans benefits. Ms. Study is very knowledgeable and passionate about her work so we encourage any veteran student who has questions about or difficulties with his or her benefits to come by and meet her.

The VSC is welcoming its new director, Mr. Ted Griffith, and invites students to come have some pizza and say hello from 11 to 1 at Pokes Pub on Thursday. Ted has 22 years of experience in the Marine Corps and Air Force. He comes to us from Pensacola, Florida where he previously worked for Helping Hand Missions.

The VSC welcomes its new director, Mr. Ted Griffith. Ted is a veteran with four years of service in the Marine Corps and eighteen years of service in the Air Force. He is coming to us from Pensacola, Florida, where he previously worked at Helping Hand Missions. Come by Pokes Pub from 11 to 1 this Thursday (Jan. 22nd) to have some pizza and welcome Ted to the University of Wyoming.

Good morning, Pokes! Tomorrow (12/4 @ Noon) will be our weekly Lunch & Learn. Come up to the Veterans Services Center for a meal with a representative from ASUW. Student government has long been a core institution on American college campuses and it can have a big impact on the life quality of a university. Be sure to stop by to make inquiries about the work of ASUW, or even offer suggestions for how ASUW can help us achieve more as students.

This luncheon is open to the public.
