🍀 Please help us welcome Audrey Peters, UW Extension’s 4-H Youth Development Educator serving Uinta County and Uinta County 4-H.

Audrey grew up participating in Idaho 4-H and FFA, where she showed livestock and earned Grand Champion Market Steer at the Western Idaho State Fair. She also received FFA’s highest honor, the American Degree, for her dedication to community service, leadership and supervised agricultural experiences.

A 2024 University of Idaho graduate in animal and veterinary science, Audrey also brings experience in equine education and community outreach.

In her new role, Audrey will draw on her own 4-H and FFA experiences to help Uinta County youth learn and grow through hands-on 4-H opportunities.

Being part of the State Leadership Team is more than adding something to your résumé. It’s a chance to challenge yourself, find your voice, make lifelong connections, and help shape the future of Wyoming 4-H.

We’re looking for outstanding 4-H members ages 16–18 who are ready to grow as leaders, meet new people, represent Wyoming 4-H, and make a difference in their communities.

🍀 Please help us welcome Tallie Miller, UW Extension’s 4-H Youth Development Educator serving Niobrara County.

Tallie brings 12 years of experience as a Wyoming 4-H member in Converse and Niobrara counties, where she participated in livestock, photography and nutrition projects and earned Wyoming State Fair awards for market swine and steers.

A 2026 University of Wyoming graduate, Tallie double-majored in agricultural communications and animal and veterinary science. She also previously served as a 4-H Extension intern in Niobrara County.

In her new role, Tallie will help local youth build leadership and life skills through 4-H.

🌎 From Washakie County to Cheyenne and Denver, 4-H youth discovered that new cultural experiences were closer than they realized.

Through Washakie County 4-H's Courage to Explore: Across Cultures program, participants built practical travel skills and experienced new foods, art, science, agriculture, technology, performing arts and state government through hands-on learning.

Along the way, they gained independence, encountered new perspectives and built meaningful connections.

As one participant reflected, “I learned that all of this culture is so close and that it is all around us every day.”
