What is Cheer Trolley?
It is a monthly themed cart filled with goodies for the teachers and staff of Laquey School. We proudly display our sponsor‘s name on the cart for everyone to see.
Sponsor Cost is $125or you can supply the treat your self and there would be no cost to you.

We are incredibly grateful to the Pulaski County -Fort Leonard Wood Shrine Club's generous donation toward our Back to School Bash! Thank you for your continued support of this event and your dedication to our school district. We appreciate everything you do for our students and community!

General Meeting Minutes

Date, Time, and Location: April 30th 2026, 6:15pm, High school cafeteria. ( last meeting till August)

Meeting called to order by: Valentina DiMaggio, 6:15pm

Attendance: Valentina DiMaggio, Jennifer Woods, Rebecca Fairbanks and Ashlyn Long.

Minutes :

Budget:
BOC checking : $3,157.76
Cash on hand for the tournament: $2,590.00
Total : $5,747.76

Past Business:
April Cheer Trolley feedback : Good feedback, everyone enjoyed their Sonic drinks.

T shirt fundraiser: The QR code is still open, if anyone still wants a T shirt.


Present Business:
Senior Scholarship: James Marlin was the recipient, he won both scholarships. He was the only one to get their application in on time.

May Cheer Trolley/ Teacher and support staff appreciation : May 5 th 9am we have “Thank You” banners, and “snakel” boxes, and dirty soda bar.

Golf Tournament: May 2nd, 7:30am, Oak Hills County Club. Be there At 7am, Tee off 8-8:15am, Food Arriving 11am, Lunch at 11:30-12:30pm, Golfers finish up, Tally scores, Name winners, Raffle baskets, We are currently sold out!

Teacher Requests: None at the moment .

Further Business:

Back To School Bash: August 15th 2026, 9am to 12pm, We are paying for the photographer, Ft Wood Photography $500, will pay the day of the event. We will have a booth Jennifer and Valentina will attend, Looking for something to give out, about 250-275 people .

Next Meeting: Let’s plan it when we are back in August.
