Recital is tomorrow!!! Our 18th recital was “Beach Vibes” and our 19th recital was “80’s & 90’s Mega Mix.” We danced to some favorite beachy songs like “Surf’s Up,” “Jaws,” “Kokomo,” and all of the best hits from the 80’s and 90’s!

We are 1 day away from recital! Our 17th recital was “The Name Game” and we danced to “Snow White,” “Hamilton,” “Georgia” and more names you might know like “Cotton Eye Joe.”

Update!!! Parent volunteer meeting is Wednesday June 3rd at 4pm at the studio. If you signed up to volunteer during recital please try to make it to the meeting!

It’s Tech Week!

Reminder that today (Monday June 1st) we have some extra rehearsals and makeups from Memorial Day that will follow normal Monday class schedule.

Tuesday June 2nd is Picture Day at the studio. Dancers should bring ALL pieces of their costume, the correct shoes, and tights. It would be a great time to write your dancer’s name in all of their accessories while getting things together! *picture day schedule is the second picture attached.

Wednesday June 3rd is extra rehearsals, so check out the schedule attached to see if your classes have rehearsals scheduled!

Thursday June 4th is a rest day!

Friday June 5th is dress rehearsal at the La Porte civic auditorium. We will do full costume and makeup. Beginning level dances and family dance will run at 12pm and then we will all do curtain call. After your dance has run you are free to leave. Meet us at Luhr Park Shagbark shelter at 4:30 for a potluck and bring a dish to share!

Saturday June 6th is recital day!! Dancers arrive at 12pm at the civic for 1pm and 5pm shows. Don’t forget to purchase tickets- and a table! We still have some open!

Our 14th recital was “It’s A Kind of Magic” and we danced to magical songs like “Something About This Night,” “Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo,” “Harry Potter Medley,” and many more!
