SUMMER MEETING!
We will beholding a summer meeting on Tuesday, June 16th at 5pm at the sweet corn plot across from the Kesling Track Complex. We will be planting pumpkins and discussing a few important topics: the sweet corn and pumpkin plots, the petting zoo at the fair, and recruitment ideas for next year. We will have a sweet treat to celebrate summer!

This is a reminder to sign up to work at the petting zoo in Pioneer Land at the fair this summer, July 12-18. This is going to be a HUGE fundraiser for our chapter. Everyone in FFA should volunteer to work at least one 2.5 hour shift. We need two students per shift. Those who volunteer will be rewarded! You will recieve a fair pass and earn an extra privledge next school year! Below is the link to sign up!

This weekend we competed at District Convention. The kids all worked hard and have dedicated many hours to their respective contests. We were even able to bring home some hardware.

Also a reminder we are taking donations for St.Jude with our annual staff kiss the cow contest. Buckets are available in participating teachers classrooms, F.16, and during lunches. ๐๐๐ฎ๐ฎ๐ฎ

This honor represents the highest level of achievement within the National FFA Organization โ recognizing members who have shown exceptional dedication through years of hard work, leadership, and growth in agriculture.
To earn the American Degree, members must:

Have earned their State FFA Degree
โ
Completed at least 3 years of agricultural education
โ
Invested and productively earned $10,000 or more through their supervised agricultural experience (SAE)
โ
Completed 50+ hours of community service
โ
Demonstrated outstanding leadership and academic success
