So the timeline is as follows:

Applications due this Friday, August 28. They can be turned in to Mr. Vaughn or Mrs. Allred.

Did you know? TRANSPORTATION

If your student needs to ride a bus to an address other than your physical address, you will need to fill out a "Request for Transportation Form". This is found at www.uintah.net/page/transportation, click on the link and fill out the form. This form also needs to be filled out if your student needs to ride multiple buses (ie, your house M,W,F and Grandma's on T,Th). The transportation department will let you know once it has been approved. THESE FORMS NEED TO BE FILLED OUT EACH SCHOOL YEAR.

If you live outside of Lapoint Elementary boundaries, your student is ineligible to ride the bus. You must provide your own transportation.

If you need to know the bus stop times, click on the "Find Bus Stops" button at the top of the Transportation page. You can put in your address and it will tell you the pickup and drop off times. If a time does not populate and you live within our school boundaries, a bus stop will be added. Please call the school or transportation department and we will assist you.

Please call if you have any questions regarding transportation, I'm happy to assist you.

FYI:

Registration is open and all students need to be registered before coming back on August 19th. Registration is completed online via Aspire under the "Parent" tab on the www.uintah.net website. Feel free to call me if you need help. If you have a kindergartener and came to Kindergarten Roundup, your student is already registered.

If you have moved into our school boundaries, please give me a call and I can assist you with registration.

If you would prefer to register your student in person, come to the school Wednesday or Thursday this week between 8-4 and I will be happy to assist you.

We only have 1 class per grade, K-5th. The teachers are as follows:

Kindergarten- Mrs. Lewis
1st Grade- Mrs. Richens
2nd Grade- Mrs. Huber (Credaroli)
3rd Grade- Mrs. Peterson
4th Grade- Mrs. Ireland
5th Grade- Mrs. Hayes
SPED- Mrs. Hancock

Back to School Night is August 18th at 5 pm.

Our bus drivers and routes are the same, but if you have questions regarding bus stops or times, call me.

If you need to apply for free or reduced lunch (this is done every year), the link for the online application is available as you register.

If you set up automatic payments for your student's breakfast/lunch account last year, you will need to set it up again. The automatic payments do not roll over each year. If you need help with your students lunch balance or payments, I'm happy to help. Cash/check payments will not be accepted until the 18th.

Enjoy your last few weeks of summer!
