FBC Wee Care Center Wee Care Center is a Weekday Early Education Program of First Baptist Church, LaPlace. Wee Care Center is a three day a week preschool ministry of FBC LaPlace.

Wee Care is dedicated to providing a wonderful experience of loving care for your precious little ones through a Christian enriched learning program. We are committed to helping preschoolers during their growth and development stages. Wee Care objectives are to help build self-worth, self-respect, self-control, and a sense of trust and acceptance through a positive and constructive learning environment. We will always strive to express and show our love for the Lord by being an example in a loving and Christian environment. Our mission is to provide a Christ centered program where, through nurturing and encouragement, children will grow in spiritual maturity, modeling the morals, values, and characteristics of a Christian lifestyle.

Our 4-year-olds had so much fun learning about their five senses this week! They explored how we use our eyes to see, ears to hear (no picture), nose to smell, tongue to taste, and hands to touch.

Our 4-year-olds had a POP-tastic time learning the letter P! They practiced their letter recognition and sound while enjoying some delicious P foods—popcorn, pickles, potato chips, and of course… PIZZA!

Learning is always more fun when we can taste, touch, explore, and play! We love watching our little learners make connections and turn classroom lessons into memories.
