NOW HIRING: GUARD DIRECTOR

The Frankton-Lapel Band Program is looking for a passionate, dedicated, and creative person to join our program!

This position will lead our students in both CITSA Marching Band Color Guard and IHSCGA Winter Guard, helping our performers grow in skill, confidence, teamwork, and performance.

Our current program includes one Winter Guard previously competing in Festival Class through IHSCGA, representing middle school and high school students from both Frankton and Lapel. We’re excited about the opportunity to continue growing and developing our guard program!

Compensation: Negotiable based on experience through stipend, with additional compensation supplemented through our booster program l.

We are incredibly grateful to Loft for sponsoring our students and fully funding our DonorsChoose project to put tuners directly into our students’ hands! 🎵

Having individual tuners will give our students an important tool to use every day as they develop their ears, improve their intonation, practice independently, and become more confident musicians.
