This special seminar is open to children ages 5-12, and no previous martial arts experience is needed. Students will learn beginner-friendly techniques using safe, durable training swords under the guidance of our experienced instructors.

Best of all, every child receives their own sword to take home!

This event was specifically designed for kids trying martial arts for the first time in a fun, low-pressure environment.

Your child will enjoy:

Huge congrats to Avery! 🎉

Avery is the winner of our Cosens MMA Custom T-Shirt Design Contest, and the winning design is officially being turned into a limited edition Cosens MMA shirt!

As a thank you, Avery will receive a free shirt featuring the winning design.

We also want to thank every student who participated. We received over 60 entries, and there were so many creative, funny, and awesome designs. Our students crushed it.

The winning shirt is now available to order for $29.95.

Shirts are available in youth and adult sizes. All orders must be turned in to the front desk by July 22nd.

And so another testing cycle comes to an end. I had an absolute blast testing everyone today and seeing the amount of growth that's occurred over the passed 3 months is astounding. Congratulations, you guys have definitely earned the right to show off those new belts and I'm extremely excited to see the next level of expertise in the coming months. Keep being awesome :)
