Lansing Catholic is proud to celebrate 11 Cougar student-athletes who have earned MHSAA Academic All-State honors in Track & Field.

To receive this prestigious recognition, student-athletes must:
🏅 Finish among the top eight at the MHSAA State Finals
📚 Maintain a 3.5 GPA or higher

This honor represents the very best of what it means to be a Lansing Catholic student-athlete, competing at the highest level while achieving excellence in the classroom.

Cougar Sighting: Amanda Melling Makes History at NCAA Championships

Former Lansing Catholic Cougar Amanda Melling capped her career at the 2026 NCAA Division III Women's Golf Championships, finishing T46 with a four-round score of 304 (77-71-79-77). Her second-round 71 was a career-low and tied the Saint Mary's program record for the best 18-hole score at an NCAA Championship event.

But Amanda wasn't done there.

She became just the third Belles golfer in program history to advance past the individual cut and went on to set the all-time Saint Mary's program record for a 72-hole score at the NCAA Championships, surpassing the previous record of 307.

An incredible finish to an incredible career.
