🎨 What is it?: Camp Create is a crafting & painting extravaganza that is a whirlwind of creative chaos!

🎨 Who can come?: We will have two Day Camps, one for ages 7-9 and one for ages 10-12.

🎨 When is it? 7-9 Camp: Friday, June 26th from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM; 10-12 Camp: Friday, July 10th from 9:30 AM - 4:00 PM.

🎨 Cost: $40.00 per child - includes supplies!

Our 2026 sticker books have arrived and we think our T-Rex may be a liiiiiitle jealous that his arms are too short to get one of his own. 🦖😂

Stickers books are for ALL ages participating in SRP on Beanstack! For each badge you earn, you can pick TWO stickers to collect and add to your book! 🎉

We are so excited to have a super special guest reader at Storytime today! ✨ Join us at 10:30 AM to have a blast singing and dancing!

We are proud and excited to be partnering with Catholic Charities of Northeast Kansas this Summer to be a site for their Kids Summer Food Program. Friends of Library Board members and Library Advisory Board members have stepped up to help us make this happen! 🍎📚

Five free meals are available each week for ALL children under 18. They’ll be here every Wednesday this Summer from 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM to help out and answer questions about the program.

The City of Lansing is updating its Comprehensive Plan, and we need young community builders to help shape the future! ✨ The goal in this hands-on activity is to get kids thinking about what makes a great community and share their ideas for new places and improvements. Using lots of craft supplies, imagination, and creativity, participants will bring their inspiring ideas to life and create their own Box City!

Need a few? We’re selling them for just $1 a piece! They are first come, first served. Just pull up to the East side door (M-F, 9 AM to 4:30 PM), give us a call, and however many you need are yours!

We can't believe we are just over two weeks away from the official start of Summer Reading - time flies when you're putting up new shelves! 😂 Registration is required for most events and space is limited, so make sure to sign-up soon to save your spot!
