Last month, we were able to continue one of our favorite December traditions in our new space: baking gingerbread that “runs away” and leads to a scavenger hunt! It’s always so fun and exciting! It was also Pajama Day ♥️

As 2025 comes to a close and we reflect on a truly big year for UCNS, we want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who helped make our move into a new home possible. This transition would not have happened without the incredible support of our UCNS families and the greater Lansing community.

A very special thank you to the Ellison family, the Corts family, the Kaiser family, the Allmendinger family, John Hatfield, Lauren Baker, the Finio family, the Black family, the Weldon family, the Robinson family, the Yocono family, Bob Forties, Sheri Freemantle, Asif Chaudhry, Mariano Garcia, Jake Smith, and Chris & Nathaniel Way. Your time, energy, generosity, and willingness to jump in made all the difference. We also have to give a shout out to all of the folks at the Lansing United Methodist Church who welcomed us into not only their space, but their community.

Lastly, we want to recognize the UCNS staff whose countless hours of planning, coordination, and hands-on work made this move possible while keeping our school community grounded and supported throughout the year. Their dedication is extraordinary.
